Frequently Asked Questions
Your El Paso Zoo membership must be active to receive discounted admission prices. We advise you to call the zoo or aquarium you are visiting ahead of time to make sure they are open and to make sure they still offer discounted prices. Due to the pandemic, some zoos and aquariums are not offering discounts with a reciprocated membership card. Absolutely! Memberships can be renewed at any time either over the phone or online. Once a membership is renewed, members have the option to pause the account from the renewal date to the Zoo’s re-opening date. For more information about membership pauses, please see the question below. A member can also choose to renew and not pause their membership as a form of a donation to the Zoo Society. We depend on memberships to achieve our mission of supporting the El Paso Zoo, volunteer programs, Zoo Camp, and many conservation efforts we support.
Thank you for supporting the El Paso Zoo, your purchase of our memberships is a big contributor to helping give our animals what they need.
